Slipway

Captain Cook Slipway. The Slipway was the first real ale to be brewed in The Captain Cook Microbrewery. With a fairly light appearance it has an initial sharp taste, followed by a hoppy aftertaste.

Sunset

Captain Cook Sunset. The Sunset was the second beer to surface from the microbrewery. Similar to the Slipway it is a fairly pale ale, which has an extremely smooth taste with a hint of citrus flavour.

Porter

Captain Cook Black Porter. The Black Porter was originally brewed as a seasonal beer that only appeared through the winter months. However, due to popularity it is now available in the pub all year round. As it's name suggests, the Porter is a very dark, malty ale.

Angel's Touch

Captain Cook Angel's Touch. The Angel's Touch is the most recent addition to the Captain Cook range. It was brewed to celebrate the Ashma's tenth year anniversary of working at the pub. The beer was an instant hit, and is now available both witihin the pub and for delivery elsewhere. It is a dark brown ale with an initial sharp taste.
